What is the average turnaround time?
Most simple requests are completed within 12-24 hours. More complex projects like full website designs or motion graphics may take 2-3 days to show initial progress.
Can I invite my entire team?
Absolutely. There are no per-seat licenses. You can invite unlimited team members to your dashboard to submit requests and provide feedback.
Do you handle rush requests?
We work on a first-come, first-served basis within your queue. However, if you have a critical deadline, let your project manager know, and we'll do our best to prioritize it.
What software do you use?
We use industry-standard tools including Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), and Webflow for development.
Is there a contract?
No contracts. Our service is a month-to-month subscription. You are free to cancel at any time without penalty.
Do I own the source files?
Yes, you own 100% of the work we produce, including all source files (Figma, Adobe Suite, etc.). We essentially act as your internal design team.
Is there a limit to revisions?
No limits. We will revise the designs as many times as it takes until you are 100% satisfied with the result.
What if I only have one request?
You can sign up, get your request completed, and then pause your subscription. The remaining days in your billing cycle will be saved for when you need us again.
How do we communicate?
All communication happens asynchronously within our dashboard or via Slack (for Pro plans). This keeps everything organized and eliminates unnecessary meetings.
What happens if I don't like the design?
Just let us know! We offer unlimited revisions. Give us specific feedback on what you'd like changed, and we'll iterate until it's perfect.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of creative work, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you are unsatisfied with the service within the first 7 days, contact support to discuss options.
